Position
Civil Engineer
Experience
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in Mivan Construction Technology.
- Experience in high-rise residential building projects is mandatory.

Qualification
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or
- B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute.

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience in executing high-rise residential construction projects. The ideal candidate should possess solid technical knowledge of RCC and Mivan construction systems, site execution, quality standards, and project coordination. The candidate must be capable of interpreting layout drawings, supervising construction activities, ensuring quality workmanship, and delivering projects within the specified timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Site Execution
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.




- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor progress and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and construction materials.

Mivan Construction
- Execute and supervise Mivan aluminium formwork activities.
- Ensure proper alignment, verticality, shuttering quality, and dimensional accuracy before concreting.
- Monitor assembly and dismantling of Mivan formwork in accordance with safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate reinforcement, electrical, plumbing, and embedded items before slab and wall concreting.
- Maintain cycle time to achieve planned construction targets.

Layout & Drawing Interpretation
- Read and interpret architectural, structural, and service drawings.
- Study and understand the complete layout plan of the project before execution.
- Perform accurate site marking, level checkin
