About the Role

Operations Manager
to oversee daily business operations, manage website-related projects, coordinate with clients, and lead cross-functional teams. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, operational expertise,



and hands-on experience with WordPress and Shopify.

As an Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, successful project delivery, and an outstanding client experience, while contributing to OMK Solutions' continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure smooth workflow across departments.
- Develop and implement operational processes, SOPs, and best practices.
- Monitor team productivity and ensure operational efficiency.
- Identify process gaps and implement improvement strategies.

Project Management
- Plan, coordinate, and manage multiple website development and digital marketing projects simultaneously.
- Create project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining quality standards.
- Track project progress, resolve bottlenecks, and manage project risks.
