Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven
Channel Sales & Business Development Manager (EV Charging)
who can establish and scale our channel partner ecosystem across India.

This is
not
a relationship management role.

This is a
hardcore sales role
where your primary responsibility is to build, activate, and grow dealers, distributors, EPC partners, electrical contractors, system integrators, real estate partners, and corporate sales channels.

If you enjoy building business from scratch, closing large opportunities, and taking ownership of revenue numbers, this role is for you.

What You'll Do




- Build dealer and distributor networks.
- Appoint channel partners across different cities.
- Generate new business opportunities.
- Meet builders, RWAs, corporates, EPC companies, and electrical contractors.
- Sell EV charging solutions.
- Prepare proposals and close deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Work closely with the technical and operations team.
- Represent ChargingAdda at industry events whenever required.

Who We're Looking For
- 0-3 years of B2B sales experience.
- Experience in EV Charging, EV, Electrical, Renewable Energy, or Infrastructure.
- Experience in channel sales or business development.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with field sales and travelling.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Able to work independently in a fast-growing startup.
