- Manage site operations, including labor control, quality assurance, and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and optimize project outcomes.
- Conduct regular site monitoring and inspections to identify potential problems before they become major issues.
- Develop detailed reports on project progress, costs, and schedules.
