MissPoppins is a SaaS platform that helps parenting experts and childcare providers scale their businesses by connecting them directly with families. Through real-time coaching and AI-driven personalized guidance, the platform supports parents across every stage of their parenting journey.

This is a contract role: Contract role for 60-90 days (probation) to assessment for full time hire based on performance.

Role Description
The role involves identifying and qualifying potential partners, including parenting experts, childcare organizations, and complementary SaaS providers, and building strong, long-term relationships with them. Responsibilities include developing and executing partnership strategies, negotiating agreements, and collaborating with product and marketing teams to design joint initiatives that drive user growth and engagement. The professional will analyze market trends and partnership performance, maintain an active pipeline of opportunities, and present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks also include outreach calls,



virtual meetings, follow-up communications, and maintaining accurate records in CRM and other business development tools.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess solid Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships skills to identify, structure, and grow high-impact collaborations.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales skills and experience managing pipelines, closing deals, and meeting growth targets.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written communication, confident presentation, and active listening.
- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate partnership performance, and refine strategies based on insights.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, marketplace platforms, or startups is highly beneficial.
- Background or interest in parenting, family services, education, or childcare sectors is a plus.
