Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated
Sales & Operations Head
to lead our institutional sales and business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, establishing strategic partnerships with colleges and universities, managing cross-functional operations, and leading high-performing teams to achieve organizational goals.

This role demands robust leadership, business development expertise, operational excellence,



and the ability to build long-term relationships with academic institutions.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Institutional Partnerships
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with Vice Chancellors, Directors, Deans, Registrars, TPOs, HODs, and other institutional stakeholders.
- Identify and onboard new colleges, universities, and educational institutions.
- Negotiate commercial terms and execute MoUs and partnership agreements.
- Expand business opportunities across existing and new territories.

Revenue Management
- Own and achieve the organization's annual revenue targets.
- Drive revenue through training programs, workshops, certification courses, internships, placement initiatives, and academic collaborations.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Prepare revenue forecasts and business growth plans.
