About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented
Finance Executive
anchor the financial operations. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys working with numbers, takes ownership of accuracy, and thrives in a fast-paced agency environment. You will be the go-to person for day-today finance hygiene, compliance, real-time reporting, and payout governance — working closely with the Director – Finance, operations team, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate daily expense ledgers and financial records.
- Prepare and share client invoices and manage vendor onboarding documentation.
- Independently maintain Tally accounts for both Events and Digital verticals.
- Prepare and circulate monthly P&L; MIS and event-wise P&L; reports.
- Consolidate and maintain organized vendor and client invoice records.
- Track advances and payables, secure approvals, and process vendor payouts accurately.
- Coordinate with auditors for statutory filings and compliance.
- Proactively follow up on payments and financial clarifications with clients, vendors, and internal team
