Role Description

We are looking for a passionate and target-driven
Client Acquisition Manager
to join our growing team in
New Delhi (Ramesh Nagar)
.

This is a full-time, in office role responsible for acquiring new clients, generating business opportunities, and building long-term relationships.



The ideal candidate will represent Pitanga Wealth's diverse financial solutions while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through calls, referrals, digital leads, networking, and field visits.
- Acquire new clients and facilitate Demat & Trading Account openings.
- Promote Mutual Funds, SIPs, IPOs, Insurance, Loans, and other financial products.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable financial solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into active customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain CRM records and daily activity reports.
- Achieve monthly sales, acquisition, and revenue targets.
- Deliver a professional, transparent, and client-first experience.
