About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic
Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
to partner with business leaders across our Real Estate and Entertainment Group. The ideal candidate will play a key role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, driving organizational effectiveness, talent management, employee engagement, and fostering a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders across Real Estate and Entertainment verticals.
- Drive workforce planning, organization structuring, and manpower optimization initiatives.
- Design, implement, and monitor Performance Management Systems (KRA/KPI), including performance review cycles.
- Lead recruitment for mid to senior-level leadership positions in line with business requirements.




- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and best practices across the organization.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives to enhance employee experience.
- Analyze HR metrics, dashboards, and workforce analytics to support business decisions.
- Partner with leadership on organizational development, succession planning, and change management initiatives.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR governance standards.
- Support compensation planning, performance-linked rewards, and annual appraisal processes.
- Identify opportunities for HR process automation and digital transformation initiatives.
