Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead large-scale Transaction Monitoring (TM) Operations within Financial Crime Compliance. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in AML regulations, suspicious activity investigations, and transaction monitoring processes, along with proven people management experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Transaction Monitoring operations and ensure adherence to AML/CFT regulations.
- Lead and manage a team of 100+ FTEs, including Team Leaders, SMEs, and Analysts.
- Drive productivity, quality, SLA, and compliance metrics across the program.




- Review transaction monitoring alerts and ensure appropriate disposition of suspicious activities.
- Oversee investigations related to AML, sanctions, fraud, terrorist financing, and financial crime risks.
- Ensure timely escalation and reporting of suspicious activities and regulatory concerns.
- Partner with Compliance, Risk, Quality, Training, and Client stakeholders.
- Conduct governance reviews, calibration sessions, and performance reviews.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
- Manage staffing, capacity planning, attrition, and succession planning.

Mandatory Skills
- Solid experience in Transaction Monitoring (TM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Working knowledge of AML, KYC, EDD, CDD, Sanctions Screening, PEP Screening, and SAR filing.
- Experience managing 100+ headcount in a Financial Crime Ope
