Compensation: ₹10,000 per month

About the Role

This is not a conventional internship. As Executive Associate in the Founder's Office, you will work directly with the CEO, operating at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution. Early-stage companies are built by people who take ownership — this role is designed for someone who wants a front-row seat to company-building, not a narrow task list.

The role is deliberately agile: priorities will shift day to day and week to week based on what the company needs. Adaptability, diligence, and a sense of ownership toward the company's success are non-negotiable.

Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Serve as the operational right hand to the CEO — managing priorities, coordinating follow-ups, and ensuring the organisation runs smoothly day to day.
- Funding & Grants: Research and pursue government, private, and startup funding opportunities — including AI startup schemes, grants,



and cloud credit programs — and own the end-to-end application process.
- Human Resources Documentation: Manage offer letters, joining letters, salary slips, employee records, and related organisational documentation.
- Documentation & Compliance: Collect, organise, and maintain all documentation required for grant and funding applications.
- Brand & Communications: Keep the company's LinkedIn and social media presence active with regular posts; assist in creating short videos, creatives, and written content.
- Operations: Provide administrative and operational support across whatever the company needs — the definition of "whatever" will evolve.
