Clinic Manager/Receptionist sales/Tele-caller

– SNC Health Medico ayurveda Fertility Clinic (Lucknow)

Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day clinic operations.

* Handle appointments, patient coordination, and follow-ups.

* Call patient leads and convert them into consultations.

* Counsel patients and convert consultations into medicine package sales.

* Maintain daily call, consultation, and sales reports.

* Coordinate with doctors and ensure a smooth patient experience.

Requirements:

* Excellent communication and convincing skills.

* Confident in handling phone calls and patient counseling.

* Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/Google Sheets).

* Experience in healthcare, IVF, or clinic management will be preferred.

Salary: 7,000/- Fixed Salary + 5% incentive on medicine package sales.
