Role Description
The Retail Architect will be responsible for designing and developing retail spaces that align with brand identity, customer experience goals, and functional requirements. This full-time, on-site role in New Delhi involves preparing concept designs, detailed drawings, and technical documentation,



as well as coordinating with clients, design teams, contractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle. The Retail Architect will conduct site visits, assess existing conditions, and ensure that designs comply with building codes, safety standards, and accessibility guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include space planning, material and finishes selection, reviewing construction progress, resolving design issues, and supporting project timelines and budgets. The role also requires collaborating closely with stakeholders to refine design solutions based on feedback and performance metrics for retail environments.

Qualifications
- Solid skills in retail space planning, concept development, and architectural design for customer-centric environments.
- Proficiency with architectural design and documentation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, SketchUp, and relevant visualization software).
