We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused EV Sales Executive to promote and sell electric vehicles (EVs). The ideal candidate will guide customers through the buying process, explain EV features and charging solutions, conduct test drives, and achieve monthly sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom or through online inquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable electric vehicle models.
- Explain vehicle features, battery technology, charging options, range, warranty, and government EV incentives.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
- Coordinate with finance partners for loan and insurance processing.
- Maintain customer records in the CRM system.
- Ensure timely vehicle delivery and complete all documentation.
- Build long-term customer relationships and encourage referrals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on EV technology, competitor products, and market trends.
- Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

- 0–3 years of experience in automobile, EV, retail, or field sales.
- Freshers with solid communication and sales aptitude are welcome.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
