Role Description
The Facility Manager at iSmart Infosoft is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. The role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day facility operations, including building maintenance, housekeeping, security coordination, and office infrastructure management. The Facility Manager will monitor vendor performance, manage service contracts, and ensure timely repairs and upkeep of electrical, mechanical,



and IT-related facility assets. This role includes managing space planning, seating arrangements, and office moves, as well as ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental guidelines. The Facility Manager will collaborate with internal teams to support business continuity, manage facility budgets, and implement processes that improve workplace efficiency and employee comfort.

Qualifications
- Strong facility operations and maintenance knowledge, including building services, housekeeping, and general office infrastructure management.
