Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, site visits, and referrals
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options
- Conduct site visits and property walkthroughs for prospective buyers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat and referral business
- Negotiate deals and coordinate the documentation process till closure
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing

Requirements
- 6 months – 1 year of experience in sales (real estate experience preferred but not mandatory)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Robust negotiation and convincing ability
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Willingness to travel for site visits within the region
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹37,812.92 per month
