Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Support team for Banking and Telecom processes. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to resolve customer queries efficiently while delivering a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat support.
- Resolve customer queries related to banking services or telecom products.
- Provide accurate information regarding accounts, billing, payments, plans, and service requests.
- Troubleshoot basic customer issues and escalate complex cases when required.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution.
- Update customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction KPIs.




- Follow company policies, compliance standards, and data security guidelines.
