Position: CS Management Trainee
Department: Secretarial & Compliance / Investment Banking
Location: South Extension Part 2

Stipend: 12k for executive pass and 15k for professional pass

About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Company Secretary (CS) Management Trainee to assist the Secretarial, Compliance, and Investment Banking teams. The trainee will gain practical exposure to corporate laws, SEBI regulations, stock exchange compliances, transaction advisory, and capital market activities while working in a fast-paced skilled environment.
Key Responsibilities:

A. Secretarial & Corporate Compliance




- Assist in ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI Regulations, FEMA, and other applicable laws.
- Prepare notices, agendas, minutes, and resolutions for Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and General Meetings.
- Maintain statutory registers, records, and secretarial documentation.
- Prepare and file various forms with MCA, ROC, BSE/NSE, and other regulatory authorities.
- Assist in drafting annual reports, corporate governance reports, and secretarial documents.
- Coordinate with Registrars & Share Transfer Agents (RTA), NSDL, CDSL, auditors, legal advisors, and regulators.
- Support in maintaining secretarial records for listed and unlisted companies.

B. Listed Company Compliance
- Assist in ensuring timely compliance under the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
- Prepare stock exchange intimations and disclosures.
- Monitor compliance calendars and regulatory deadlines.
