Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries received through email, phone, and sales team.
- Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and sales documents.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Purchase, Accounts, Dispatch, and Service departments.
- Follow up on quotations, orders, payments, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain enquiry, quotation, and order records in ERP/Excel.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports (MIS).
- Assist in customer communication and resolve routine queries.
- Support exhibitions, customer visits, and marketing activities.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely order execution.

Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, preferably in the Engineering, Packaging Machinery, or Pharmaceutical Machinery industry.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
