Role Description
This part-time remote US IT Recruiter role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for technology positions with US-based clients. The recruiter will source, screen, and qualify candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking, while ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate experience. Daily activities include coordinating interviews, collaborating with hiring managers to refine job requirements, negotiating compensation within client guidelines,



and maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system. The role also includes staying current on market trends, building talent pipelines for key skill areas, and supporting continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Experience in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting for a variety of technology roles and levels.
- Proficiency in Recruiting and Hiring practices, including candidate evaluation and stakeholder communication.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across time zones with US clients.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and professional networking platforms.
