Purpose/Objective

The People Partner in this role develops and implements HR strategies that align with global business objectives, ensures governance and compliance across international operations, and manages cross-border HR challenges.
This strategic position is key to harmonizing HR practices, guiding international HR policies, and supporting the company's global workforce.

Key Responsibilities of Role

HR Strategy Development: Formulate and implement a forward-looking HR strategy that supports the organization's long-term goals, addresses workforce planning, and aligns with the overall business plan.
Governance and Compliance: Oversee HR governance structures to ensure that all HR activities are compliant with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards, both domestically and internationally.
Program Planning and Monitoring: Design, oversee, and evaluate various human resource programs to ensure their effectiveness and alignment with organizational objectives.
International HR Management: Manage the complexities of international HR, including expatriate management,



cross-cultural training, and adaptation of HR policies to different legal and cultural environments.
Policy Development and Implementation: Develop and implement HR policies that are consistent across the organization, while also allowing for localization where necessary to meet international requirements.
Merger & Acquistion: Drive the HR integration strategy for mergers and acquisitions by aligning organizational structures, harmonizing policies, and ensuring seamless employee transition while mitigating risks and fostering cultural alignment.
Target Setting & Budgeting: Develop annual targets and budgets for HR initiatives, manage resources efficiently, and ensure that monthly targets are met in accordance with management expectations.
