Responsibilities:

1. Lead compliance and legal functions, ensuring adherence to IRDAI regulations and other applicable laws.

2. Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents while mitigating organizational risks.

3. Liaise with regulatory authorities, managing audits, inspections, filings, and compliance-related communications.

4.



Develop and implement compliance policies, SOPs, and training programs to strengthen regulatory awareness.

5. Monitor legal and regulatory changes, resolve disputes, and provide strategic legal guidance to stakeholders.

Requirements:

1. Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in law (LLB) and/or Company Secretary (CS) qualification from a recognized institution.

2. Minimum 5+ years of experience in IRDAI Compliance within the General Insurance industry.

3. Strong expertise in IRDAI regulations, regulatory compliance, governance frameworks, and interpretation of IRDAI circulars.

4. Proven experience in managing regulatory filings, compliance monitoring, and liaison with regulatory authorities.

5. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
