The candidate should possess hands-on experience in delivering multiple high-rise, commercial, hospitality, and industrial projects simultaneously and demonstrate proven ability in driving project profitability and organizational growth.
Required Candidate profile
Preference shall be given to candidates having substantial exposure to Maharashtra projects and a track record of managing multi-project portfolios with annual execution volumes -300–500 Crores.
