About the Role

We are looking for a energetic, confident, and camera-friendly individual who is passionate about fitness, content creation, brand building, and event management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in front of the camera, creating engaging content, collaborating with influencers and brands, and representing Fitspire at various events.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media videos featuring Fitspire products.
- Be the face of the brand for educational, lifestyle, promotional, and trending content.
- Assist in planning and executing content calendars.
- Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for content production.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and viral formats.

Brand Collaborations
- Identify and onboard influencers, creators, gyms, nutritionists, and fitness communities.
- Build and maintain relationships with creators and partner brands.




- Coordinate barter and paid collaborations.
- Track collaboration performance and ROI.
- Negotiate collaboration opportunities and ensure smooth execution.

Events & Activations
- Plan and execute brand events, fitness activations, exhibitions, and offline campaigns.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and partners.
- Manage event logistics before, during, and after the event.
- Represent Fitspire during corporate events and promotional activities.
- Ensure seamless execution of event timelines.

Community Engagement
- Engage with fitness communities and potential partners.
- Build long-term relationships with ambassadors and affiliates.
- Assist in community-building initiatives and campaigns.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in content creation, influencer marketing, events, or brand management.
