Role Description
The Head of Sales Marketing is a full-time remote role responsible for leading and integrating the sales and marketing strategy for ChessWorld.ai. This role oversees the development and execution of go-to-market plans, demand-generation campaigns, and brand positioning to grow user acquisition and revenue. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and mentoring sales and marketing team members, setting performance targets, building and optimizing sales funnels, and nurturing key customer and partner relationships.



The Head of Sales Marketing will collaborate closely with product and operations teams to align messaging, refine value propositions, and ensure that customer feedback informs ongoing platform improvements. This role also involves analyzing performance metrics, forecasting growth, and presenting actionable insights to leadership to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, with experience driving revenue growth and leading high-performing teams.
- Proficiency in Account Management, including building long-term customer relationships and managing key accounts.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data, optimize campaigns, and create data-informed sales strategies.
