Role Description

We are hiring a Business Development Executive – Brand Partnerships (Influencer Marketing) to drive client acquisition and revenue growth for our influencer marketing business.

This is a sales-focused role where you'll identify new business opportunities, pitch influencer marketing solutions to brands, negotiate commercials, and close deals. Candidates with experience in campaign execution or influencer management alone are not suitable unless they have owned business development and revenue generation.

Who Should Apply
- Candidates currently working in Business Development, Brand Partnerships, or Sales within an Influencer Marketing Agency.
- Experience in acquiring brands and generating revenue.
- Comfortable with outbound sales, pitching, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Experience working with influencer marketing campaigns is preferred.

- Own monthly revenue targets.
- Coordinate with campaign teams after deal closure.

Must Have
- 1–3 years of Business Development experience.
- Current or previous experience in an Influencer Marketing Agency.
- Proven experience in brand acquisition.
- Experience achieving sales or revenue targets.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
