Role Description
The Bartender role at Bookmark Resorts is a full-time, in office position based in Sawai Madhopur. The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring guests receive attentive, friendly service. Day-to-day responsibilities include taking and processing orders, mixing and garnishing drinks, managing bar inventory, and handling cash and payment transactions accurately.



The Bartender will collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to support seamless service, follow safety and hygiene standards, and help create a welcoming atmosphere that aligns with the resort’s guest experience.

Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction and professional hospitality.
- Effective Communication abilities for interacting with guests and coordinating with team members.
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including drink menus, ingredients, and basic service standards.
- Hands-on Bartending experience, including mixing cocktails, pouring drinks, and maintaining bar equipment.
- Accurate Cash Handling skills, including processing payments and reconciling bills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Understanding of hygiene, safety, and responsible service of alcohol regulations.
