- Strong knowledge of US hiring practices, time zones, work authorization types (e.g., USC, GC, H1B), and common IT job profiles.
- Proficiency in using job portals, applicant tracking systems (ATS), professional networking platforms, and social media for talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to interact effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Robust attention to detail, data management skills, and a structured approach to documentation and reporting.
- Willingness to work onsite in Ramagundam and collaborate closely with local and remote teams.
