Role Description
The Planning and Technical Office Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Malihabad. This role is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and updating project plans, schedules, and technical documentation in coordination with project managers and site teams. The engineer will analyze drawings and specifications, prepare quantity take-offs, and support cost estimation and resource planning. Daily tasks include coordinating with stakeholders, tracking project progress, ensuring compliance with technical and quality standards,



and updating reports for management. The role also involves providing technical support to on-site teams, resolving design or coordination issues, and contributing to continuous improvement of planning and documentation processes.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in project planning, scheduling, and resource coordination, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, and basic budgeting for construction or engineering projects.
- Familiarity with common engineering and office software (e.g., MS Office, project planning tools, CAD or equivalent design software).
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related technical field.
