Role Description
The Key Account Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for managing and growing strategic customer relationships on the PInterview platform. Day-to-day, this role involves overseeing key accounts, understanding client goals, and aligning platform solutions to support their interview preparation and training needs.



The Key Account Manager will coordinate onboarding and ongoing support, track account performance, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services. The role includes collaborating with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining accurate account records and forecasts. Regular communication with clients through calls, virtual meetings, and reports is essential to nurture long-term partnerships and drive customer retention.
