Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Planning
- Prepare architectural concepts, layouts, plans, elevations, and 3D views.
- Develop detailed working drawings and construction documents.
- Prepare site layouts, master plans, and building designs.
- Coordinate architectural designs with structural, MEP, and civil engineering teams.
Project Execution
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure work complies with approved drawings.
- Resolve site-related architectural and design issues.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure project milestones are achieved within the scheduled timeline.
