Role Description
This is a full time, on-site role for a Java Team Lead based in Chennai. The Java Team Lead will oversee a team of developers, guide solution design, and ensure high-quality delivery of Java-based applications and microservices. Responsibilities include reviewing code, enforcing best practices and design patterns, mentoring team members, and coordinating with product owners,



architects, and QA to meet project goals and timelines. The role involves hands-on development, troubleshooting complex issues, performance optimization, and driving continuous improvement in development processes. The Java Team Lead will also contribute to technical planning, estimations, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Java and familiarity with common design patterns; candidates should possess these skills to build robust, maintainable applications.
- Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and related frameworks; candidates should possess these skills to design scalable, distributed systems.
- Solid background in software development practices, including coding standards, testing, and version control; candidates should possess these skills to deliver reliable solutions.
