Role Overview

As a Founding Full-Stack Developer, you will work directly with the Founder and Product Managers to design, build, and scale Dixi AI.

You'll play a key role in shaping the product from its earliest stages, contributing to technical architecture, feature development, user experience, and engineering best practices.



Your work will directly influence how millions of people may one day interact with their Digital Twin.

Responsibilities
- Design and build Dixi's mobile application using Flutter.
- Develop scalable backend services and APIs.
- Build secure authentication and user management.
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI services.
- Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases.
- Implement long-term memory and personalization systems.
- Collaborate on product strategy, feature prioritization, and technical decisions.
- Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code.
- Participate in architecture discussions and code reviews.
- Help improve application performance, security, and reliability.
- Contribute ideas that improve the user experience and product vision.
