Role Description:
The Assistant Merchandiser role at CAREERBLOC ~ is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi. The role involves supporting senior merchandisers in managing product assortments, tracking inventory levels, and coordinating with sales teams to ensure optimal stock availability across retail locations. Day-to-day tasks include collecting and analyzing sales data, preparing basic reports, assisting with visual merchandising guidelines, and helping execute promotions and marketing activities. The assistant merchandiser will interact with store staff to gather feedback on customer preferences, monitor product performance, and suggest adjustments to improve the customer experience. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams and a hands-on approach on the shop floor to maintain merchandising standards.
