You will own the strategy, distribution, and analytical optimization of high-budget paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Snapchat, YouTube, and Google (PPC). Your ultimate goal is to convert attention into measurable revenue, leveraging platform-native funnels to unlock massive growth for our clients and our brand.

Key Responsibilities
- Multi-Channel Campaign Deployment: Launch, monitor, and scale paid media pipelines natively optimized for:
- LinkedIn Ads: Targeted, high-intent B2B audience generation and skilled network campaigns.
- Snapchat Ads: High-energy, vertical video distribution aimed at Gen-Z and Millennial demographics.
- YouTube Ads & Google PPC:



Strategic search architecture coupled with aggressive video-hook distribution to capture demand at scale.
- Performance Optimization: Track and micro-manage ad spend budgets daily, iteratively testing bidding models to aggressively lower CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) while driving up ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
- Creative Testing Engine: Partner directly with our in-house production and VFX crews to pitch, A/B test, and analyze raw performance metrics for ad variations, video hooks, and demographic targeting configurations.
- Tracking & Attribution: Take charge of full pixel implementation (Snapchat Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Google Tag Manager) and custom UTM parameters to maintain pristine multi-channel tracking data.
- Data Storytelling: Interpret complex user journeys from GA4 and analytics platforms into clean, understandable client dashboards that prove bottom-line performance.
