Role Description
The Career Counsellor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata. The Career Counsellor will meet with students to assess their interests, strengths, and career goals through interviews, questionnaires, and standardized assessments. The role involves explaining test results, recommending suitable academic streams, courses, and colleges, and helping students understand various career paths. The Career Counsellor will conduct individual and group counseling sessions,



maintain accurate records of student interactions, and follow up on progress. The role also includes collaborating with faculty and parents when appropriate, contributing to workshops or seminars, and staying updated on educational trends and admission processes.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess robust skills in Career Counseling, Student Counseling, and Communication.
- Candidates should possess skills in Career Development and Career Management to guide students through long-term planning.
- Relevant academic background in Psychology, Education, Counseling, or a related field is beneficial.
