Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Legal Counsel with strong expertise in RERA, Real Estate Laws, Property Sale & Purchase, Land Due Diligence, and Corporate Legal Compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle complete RERA registration, approvals, and statutory compliances.
- Draft, review, and vet Builder Buyer Agreements, Sale Deeds, Lease Deeds, MoUs, NDAs, Vendor Agreements, and other legal contracts.
- Conduct land title verification, legal due diligence, and property documentation.
- Manage property sale, purchase, registration, and land acquisition matters.
- Draft and review company policies, legal clauses, SOPs, and compliance documents.
- Handle legal notices, litigation, arbitration, and coordinate with external advocates.




- Liaise with RERA, Development Authorities, Registrar Office, and other government departments.
- Advise management on legal risks, regulatory compliance, and business decisions.

Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of RERA Act, Property Laws, Contract Drafting, Land Laws, and Corporate Legal Compliance.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and documentation skills.
- Experience in the Real Estate or Construction industry is mandatory.

Qualification
- LL.B. (Mandatory) | LL.M. Preferred

Experience
- 15–20 Years in Real Estate / Construction Legal.

Salary: Best in Industry (Negotiable)

Preferred Candidate: Must have hands-on experience in RERA approvals, property transactions, company policy drafting, legal documentation, and real estate regulatory compliance.
