Position Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Deputy Payroll Head to join our People Operations team. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in payroll management, statutory compliance, payroll governance,



and process improvement.

This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, managing statutory compliance requirements, enhancing payroll efficiency, and supporting payroll operations across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Operations
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees across multiple locations.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of salaries, reimbursements, incentives, bonuses, and Full & Final Settlements.
- Validate payroll inputs including attendance, leave records, salary revisions, deductions, and statutory contributions.
- Maintain payroll accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to organizational policies.
- Address payroll-related queries and escalations from employees and stakeholders.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory regulations including:
