Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Service Associate based in Bengaluru.



The individual in this role will engage with existing and prospective industrial clients to understand their automation requirements, present suitable solutions, and support the sales cycle from lead generation to order closure. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, preparing basic proposals or quotations in coordination with the technical team, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and opportunities in CRM or internal systems. The associate will coordinate with engineers to schedule demonstrations, installations, and service visits, and assist in resolving customer issues by gathering information, following up on service tickets, and ensuring timely communication. The role also involves building long-term relationships through regular follow-ups, supporting after-sales service processes, and contributing feedback from customers to improve product
