Role Description
The Executive – College Connect & Partnerships is a full-time remote role responsible for building and managing relationships with colleges, universities, and educational institutions. Day-to-day activities include identifying potential partner institutions, conducting outreach, scheduling and leading meetings, and presenting TechMomentum’s programs to academic stakeholders. The role involves coordinating joint initiatives such as student workshops, webinars, and career-focused events,
as well as tracking partnership performance and reporting key metrics. The executive will collaborate with internal teams to align course offerings with institutional needs, support onboarding of new partners, and ensure consistent communication and follow-up with all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. College Partnership & MoU Signing (Institutional Sales)
● Identify, prospect, visit and onboard current engineering, management, and science colleges across your designated territory.
● Schedule and lead meetings with Deans, Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), Heads of Departments (HoDs), and Principals to present TechMomentum’s value proposition.
● Negotiate and execute MoUs (Memorandum of Understanding) with colleges to make TechMomentum their official upskilling partner for students and faculty.
● Maintain a robust pipeline of colleges in various stages of the partnership lifecycle (Prospecting → Meeting → MoU Signed → Active Engagement
