Account Executive (New Business) — PineGap | Bangalore
PineGap builds AI agents for Wall Street funds focused on fundamental equity investing — long/short hedge funds, long-only mutual funds, RIAs, and wealth managers.
We recently closed our $8M Series A (after a $2.5M seed in 2024), backed by Stellaris, Z47 (DeVC), SVQuad, and Inventus Capital. Our ~25-person team blends ex-J.P. Morgan analysts and bankers with engineers from the IITs. Our co-founder spent 15 years on Wall Street — seven at J.P. Morgan and eight at a long/short hedge fund — and that domain expertise is built straight into the product.
You'll help turn our referral- and outbound-driven traction into a repeatable, self-sourced outbound motion.
What we're looking for:
- 5–7 years of B2B sales experience, based in India, with a track record selling into the US market
- Strong,
demonstrated outbound chops — you can self-source and build your own pipeline
- Experience selling to senior buyers (C-level and one rung below)
- Background selling into IT, Finance, and/or Research functions
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, first-hire environment where the process is still being built
Note: Deep capital-markets knowledge is a plus, not a requirement. We screen primarily for outbound self-sourcing and senior-stakeholder selling.
Compensation & logistics:
- OTE: ₹40–60 LPA
- Quota: $500K current-logo revenue | 2-month ramp
- Location: Bangalore, HSR Layout — work from office
- Shift: US (EST) business hours, ~6:00 PM–2:00/3:00 AM IST
- Start: ASAP (1–2 month notice preferred)
