About the Role

Position: Shift Engineer for Press Shop department.

Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor daily production and inventory to meet quality and delivery targets.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives: Kaizen, SMED, Poka-Yoke, and 5 Why Analysis.
- Operate and maintain H
ydraulic
and
Pneumatic presses
using
progressive and compound tools.
- Prepare and maintain process documents:
OEE, production reports, rejection analysis, KPI, and 4 M change management.
- Conduct employee training sessions on Productivity, Quality, 5S, EHS, and qualified ethics.
- Effectively handle and motivate manpower to achieve production targets and maintain a high-performance environment.
- Operated press machines equipped with progressive tooling and automatic coil feeder systems,



optimizing efficiency and precision in production.

Required Skills:
- Knowledge of high-speed press machine, Feeder, etc.
- Knowledge of progressive stamping tool setting on high-speed machine.
- Knowledge of tool setting/feeder/strip on high-speed stamping machine.
- Good knowledge & uses of measuring instruments like - vernier caliper, Micrometer, profile projector etc.
- Basic knowledge of progressive press tool maintenance.
- Must perform live trials on the machine; after that, a verbal interview will be conducted.
- Having knowledge of ISO systems.

Qualifications:

B.E/B.Tech with 4 to 6 years of experience in Stamping/Press Machine operations.

Salary/Compensation:

4 to 6 lacs/ annum with other benefits
