- End-to-end Shopify order processing
- COD order confirmation via calls & WhatsApp
- Shipping label creation and dispatch coordination
- Courier partner management
- Shipment tracking and customer updates
- NDR & RTO management
- Inventory coordination
- Customer support related to orders
- Building SOPs and improving operational efficiency
- Solving day-to-day business challenges as they arise
