Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager located in Bengaluru, Karnataka (Chennai, Tamil Nadu can also be considered as base location). The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for securing sales orders within the assigned territory across South India, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service.
Day-to-day tasks include identifying and pursuing sales leads, making field visits to distributors, dental labs, dental clinics, and dental colleges, developing customer relationships, managing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.
Additional responsibilities include reporting on sales performance and market trends.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in the dental products industry is required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proven experience in sales and sales management
- Ability to understand technical details and explain them effectively
- Ability to build and maintain qualified relationships
- Great organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus
