Role Description
The Sales Executive role at NoBroker HR is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Sales Executive will engage with prospective and existing customers,



understand their real estate or housing-related needs, and recommend appropriate NoBroker products and services. Daily responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound calls, conducting product demos, following up on leads, negotiating terms, and closing sales while maintaining high customer satisfaction. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams such as operations and customer support, updating CRM systems, and preparing regular sales reports and forecasts. The Sales Executive is expected to meet and exceed individual and team targets while representing NoBroker’s values of transparency, customer focus, and ethical selling.
