Job Summary

Intertech Technologies is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function for its manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle, driving talent acquisition, ensuring statutory compliance, strengthening employee relations, and implementing HR initiatives that support business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning for manufacturing and corporate functions.
- Oversee employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, and exit processes.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and employee records.
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, disciplinary actions, and conflict management.




- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage performance appraisal processes, goal setting, and employee development programs.
- Coordinate training and skill development initiatives for employees.
- Maintain HR documentation, personnel files, and HRMIS with accuracy.
- Prepare HR MIS reports, manpower reports, attrition analysis, and other management reports.
- Work closely with department heads on workforce planning and organizational development.
- Promote a protected, positive, and productive workplace culture.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in recruitment for manufacturing and plant operations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in HRMS, MS Office, and HR reporting.
