Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based at Bliss Emporio – The Mall of Banaras in Varanasi. The Civil Engineer will oversee day-to-day civil engineering activities within the mall premises, including structural integrity checks, coordination of repair and maintenance works, and supervision of contractors and technical staff. Responsibilities include reviewing and updating design plans, monitoring ongoing construction or renovation projects,



ensuring compliance with safety standards and local regulations, and managing stormwater and drainage systems. The role also involves planning and scheduling civil works, preparing technical reports and documentation, collaborating with facility management and other stakeholders, and recommending improvements to enhance durability, functionality, and visitor safety.

Qualifications
- Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills, with the ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Experience working as Civil Engineers in commercial or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Planning skills to schedule, coordinate, and manage civil works and maintenance activities effectively.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management, drainage design, and site infrastructure systems.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
