Position Overview

The
Chief HR Officer
holds end-to-end responsibility for the company’s people strategy, encompassing talent acquisition, learning and development, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and manpower spend. Reporting directly to the
Managing Director
, this role provides strategic leadership to a broad HR team and ensures alignment of human capital initiatives with business goals and vision.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the HR strategic roadmap in line with business goals and vision.
- Lead the design and execution of PMS frameworks, processes, and policies; track and report progress against KPIs.
- Drive organization design,



employee grading, and effectiveness initiatives across all business units and plants.
- Oversee talent acquisition and employer branding to position the company as an employer of choice.
- Formulate and execute succession planning and career pathing for critical roles and high-potential employees.
- Design and deliver learning & development programs based on performance evaluations and manager feedback.
- Lead employee engagement and culture-building initiatives, including recognition and retention programs.
- Develop and manage compensation & perks frameworks, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with performance.
- Establish and maintain industrial relations policies; represent the organization in union and government interactions.
