Educational Qualification
- B.Tech / M.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) – Preferred
- MSc (Electronics) – Considered with relevant domain experience
*Note: An Electronics background is preferred as most projects involve hardware platforms with proprietary and standard communications protocols, requiring the candidate to understand system-level hardware-software interactions.*
Certifications / Training (Preferred)
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification
- Any Agile / Scrum Master certification
Required Skill Set (Mandatory)
- Strong knowledge in Java – primary development language for project deliverables
- Very good knowledge of Spring Boot Framework and front-end technologies
- Good knowledge in React JS
- Valuable understanding of hardware-software integration in communications / Defense electronics systems
- Knowledge of proprietary protocols and standard communications protocols (IP, TCP/UDP, etc.)
- Excellent knowledge in protocol development and integration
- Knowledge in Databases: MS SQL and MySQL
- Application performance fine-tuning and optimization
- Experience working in Telecom / SATCOM / Defense domain
Desirable Skill Set
- Enterprise application development and deployment experience
- Experience with MIL-STD or Defense documentation standards
- Knowledge in Mobile app development (hybrid and native apps)
- Familiarity in IEEE 12207, DO 178 and DO 254 is a plus
- Knowledge in networking concepts – LAN, WAN, IP routing, VLAN, VPN
