Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries, present product features and benefits, and recommend suitable weighing and billing solutions based on client needs. Responsibilities include preparing quotations, following up on leads, processing orders,



and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery. The role involves maintaining customer records, tracking sales activities, and contributing to sales targets and performance reports. The Sales Associate will also support after-sales service by addressing basic product questions and directing more complex technical issues to the appropriate service personnel.
